Frequently asked questions

When will I get my order?

Your piece is made just for you, so it starts coming to life the day you order. It takes approx. 2 weeks to make, plus around 3-4 days to reach your door anywhere in India. We’ll send you the tracking information the moment it leaves our studio, so you’re never left wondering.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart to help.

Between two sizes? Go one up for a softer drape.

Still unsure? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we’ll personally help you choose. Getting the fit right matters to us as much as it does to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing at all. Shipping is our gift to you, anywhere in India. We’re not delivering abroad just yet, and payment is online by UPI, RuPay, cards or net banking, so checkout stays quick and safe.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every Crev piece is designed, embellished and finished in Udaipur, where our artisans work on each garment by hand. Handwork leaves its own small variations and they’re what mark a piece as made, not manufactured.

What is the return policy?

Every Crev piece is made only for you, after you order, so we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges. That’s why we love helping with sizing before we begin. Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we’ll help you find your fit.

If anything reaches you damaged, send us pictures and videos within 7 days and we’ll take care of it. And if you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order any time within 24 hours after your order.
