Welcome to Crev (“Crev”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a women’s clothing brand operated as a sole proprietorship under the ownership of Diya Gorana, with its registered address at Third Space, Shyam Nagar, Pulla Bhuwana, Arihant Nagar, Pahada, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website thecrev.com (the “Website”), including any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown separately at checkout.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen/display settings and photography lighting.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel such orders with a full refund where applicable.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/SMS from us.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting support@thecrev.com. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, though our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply for eligible returns.
5. Payments
All payments on the Website are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.
We do not store your card, UPI, net banking, or other payment credentials on our servers. These are collected and processed directly by the third-party payment provider in accordance with its own security standards and privacy practices.
By making a payment through the Website, you also agree to the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of the third-party payment provider.
In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited from your account, please contact us with your transaction reference so we can assist in resolution or refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation; these are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving lost or damaged shipments.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

12. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of the Grievance Officer are as follows:
