We believe your CREV piece should arrive feeling just as special as it did when it left us.

Before every piece makes its way to you, it passes through several careful quality checks — from the fabric and stitching to every detail and finish.

If, despite our care, your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a few clear photographs or videos. We’ll personally look into it and make it right.

For eligible returns, pieces must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.

  • Iron or steam gently on a low setting, preferably from the reverse side.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
